Staying both chic and comfortable while running errands, during hot summer days, can be quite the task. So in today’s post let me show my take on keeping it both super stylish and casual during summer, for the Girl on the Go, shot in some of my favourite streets in Mumbai.
My Summer Street Style outfit is from the VERO MODA Spring-Summer’15 Collection, that is all about summer essentials – statement t-shirts, denim and stripes. I wore this bright yellow sleeveless statement tee with the slogan ‘Ánd The Love Goes On‘ layered with a summer wardrobe must-have – a sleeveless denim jacket paired with a Stripe Midi Skirt. This stripe midi skirt is one of the most versatile pieces of VERO MODA’s new collection, it can be dressed up or down for day or night event. I worn it for a casual day look, but for a night event I would pair this stripe skirt with a crop top, for a dinner or night out dancing.
I carried this nautical stripe cross-body sling bag and wore these black sandals with gold rivets. I kept the accessories very trendy & cool too – with these black tassel earrings, heavy arm party of multi -coloured spike bracelets & beaded bracelets and wore a pair of chic two-tone sunglasses from Specs Appeal (Esprit Eyewear).
The look is cool, chic and comfortable, perfect for running around on a hot summer day.
